4. Refund Policy

You may cancel a booked course up to 7 days before its start date for a full reimbursement of the paid fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are not eligible for a reimbursement, but you may request to reschedule the course to a future date at no additional charge, subject to availability. This policy ensures we can allocate resources effectively.

4.2 Informational Products

Digital Products are non-refundable after access is granted. If you experience technical defects preventing access, contact us within 14 days for evaluation and possible reimbursement.

4.3 Physical Goods

You may request a reimbursement for unopened Goods in original condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate the process, contact us to obtain approval. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the Goods, we will reimburse the paid amount within 14 days.
